The best advice is to establish a payment plan for the duration of the works. Never pay full amount upfront. So establish a schedule of works and the time taken to do this work. Let’s say the job takes 10 weeks to complete and it will cost thirty thousand pounds to do. Then a good method will be to pay three thousand pounds per week.
No, SadaBanda takes no responsibility for the tradesman’s work. As they are an independent company and are not tied in with us. We only act as a go between you and the builder. But we do monitor the builders and if we find they fail to deliver good workmanship, then we will warn them and finally remove them from any association with SadaBanda. It is the public’s responsibility to give us feedback on the builders so we know how they are doing.
